Returns

We do our best to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their items. We are a small business and will deal with returns on an individual basis.

With that being said; the costumer has the legal right to withdraw or return their online purchase within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return contact us at hello@spigel.se. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

The customer is responsible for all costs involving the return of the object(s) including insurance. The customer is also responsible for packing the item with care to make sure it is returned in the same condition.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. The nature of the items bought on this website are second hand and pre-owned; therefore, items may have slight surface impairments. We reserve the right to deny a return if we do not think the return is within reason.


Take your time to look close at the images before completing your purchase and feel free to contact us for more pictures or questions regarding condition or other uncertainties. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
